Hey! I'm Hong Yi.

I work on growth & product at Warp, where we're building the Agentic Development Environment. I graduated from the University of Waterloo with a double degree in Computer Science and Business.

Previously, I've worked in product and engineering roles at Tesla, Uplift, and other companies ranging from startups to large corporations.

During school, I helped organize and advise Hack the North and contributed to multi-modal NLP research with Prof. Robin Cohen and Liam Hebert. I also helped build communities at Tech+ and developed pro-bono software with UW Blueprint.

In a past life, I had a lot of fun building an environmental lifestyle brand and a streetwear collective.

In my free time, I love to read, run, and explore the world.
